To Use: Wear alone - for a sheer color. Foil (wet) to have the colors "pop".
To wear as a foil - Wet brush. Squeeze out excess water. Tap some shadow on product lid and rub damp brush into powder. Make a thin paste. Brush on eyelid and let dry 30 seconds. Be sure product lid dries out completely before putting back onto product.
Can also use vegetable glycerin as a wetting agent.
The lazy way to do this is to apply shadow like normal, then wet a q-tip, squeeze out exces water and rub q-tip across lid where you have applied shadow.
These shadows are mulit-purpose - Use dry as a highlighter, and then wet as a base or as an eyeliner. Produces a rich metallic color when foiled (used wet).
